Research skills are increasingly seen as tools of the professional practice; not as something confined to academic research. Importantly, this perspective is not only shared with the students that work on the projects and dissertations, but also with the teachers that are supervising. Seminars. conferences, workshops, discussions etc. are coordinating in th institution so that teacher educators and student teachers benefit in their professional development.
